I believe every person (and every relationship) is capable of growth and change.

  • I work with LGBTQIA+ youth and young adults, as well as those struggling with body image related challenges.

  • I love to work with women who are coming to terms with the role that society plays in our relationship with our bodies. I enjoy partnering with clients to explore where these messages come from and how they show up in our daily life. I believe that we can strengthen our relationships with our bodies and all that they do for us by taking a step back and recognizing them as tools to help us live our lives.

As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I know how important it can be to feel understood, heard, and seen. I enjoy working with those who are exploring their sexualities, looking for communication tools with their partners, and/or who want to explore the trauma that often accompanies those in marginalized communities.

  • I am new to Maine and have been loving to explore the beautiful beaches, great food, and cute towns! In my free time I love to spend time with my partner, read thriller novels, go for walks, and spend time with my two funny cats.

  • As a clinical intern, I am unable to accept commercial insurance. I see clients for a reduced fee of $30 per session.
