  • I support women who feel anxious and overwhelmed and struggle with body image challenges. I work with women who suspect these struggles may be connected to past experiences as well as the harmful messages we receive as women about worthiness. So many women are challenged by body image, disordered eating, trauma, and the broader impact of societal expectations. We carry shame, confusion, or pain about our bodies and identities because of the narrow definitions that culture has imposed. I believe in the importance of body neutrality and Health at Every Size.

I know how hard it can be to ask for help, especially when you’re used to being the one who holds it all together.  We will create a space to unlearn harmful narratives and reconnect with your worth, identity, and heal. Together we will untangle patterns that no longer serve you, reconnect with your values, and develop more self compassion.

If you’re overwhelmed, I’m here. Whether navigating something specific or trying to feel more like yourself, therapy can be a place to pause, reconnect, and be supported. Wherever you're at, I’m honored to meet you there. Schedule a free phone consultation to discuss your personal therapy goals and answer any questions you have.

  • I absolutely love dogs — probably to an unhealthy degree! I have two at home: a German Shepherd and a Lhasa Poo. They’re little rays of sunshine and bring so much joy and personality into my daily life. I also enjoy spending time with friends, reading, and slowing down to appreciate life’s quieter moments. Travel is another big passion of mine — I love exploring new places, learning about different cultures, and soaking in the beauty of life from different corners of the world.

  • I can accept Anthem, Aetna, Aetna MaineHealth, Cigna, Community Health Options and Martin's Point.
