This 8 week support group is for women who’ve experienced sexual trauma or mistreatment as well as intimate partner violence. Facilitated by licensed therapists and designed by a survivor of sexual trauma, this group is a place to connect with other women who understand, give and receive support, and work towards healing.

This webinar is for anyone who would like to better understand what trauma is and the impact it can have, whatare PTSD, C-PTSD, and developmental trauma. During this webinar, we will define what trauma is, discuss these diagnoses, provide information about how trauma affects the body, brain, and psychology, as well as considerations for beginning treatment with a therapist. We will discuss readiness to heal trauma, and more.
