  • I work with women who feel tired, overwhelmed, and unsure why life feels so hard, even when they’re doing everything they can. Many are mothers and women whose past experiences still show up in their bodies, emotions, and relationships today. They often carry constant worry, emotional exhaustion, or a quiet sense of disconnection from themselves. Life transitions like motherhood, aging, or identity shifts can make these feelings louder, leaving them wondering, “Who am I now?” Even so, there’s usually a small but steady hope that things could feel lighter.

In therapy, we slow things down and move at a pace that feels safe and supportive. Together, we explore what you’re experiencing now and how past experiences may still be shaping your life. I build real relationships with my clients and come from a trauma-informed focus to building insight, self-trust, and practical tools for life.

Reaching out for therapy can feel daunting, especially if you’re used to taking care of everyone else. If part of you is wondering whether things could feel different, that matters. You don’t have to have it all figured out to begin. I’d be honored to walk alongside you and invite you to schedule a free phone consult to see if we might be a good fit.

  • Outside of the therapy room, I am a wife, mother of two, an avid reader, a runner, and a lifelong lover of music and live concerts. I find grounding in movement, connection, “The Lake”, and time with my family and friends, including early morning runs with my dog, Sherman.

  • I am unable to accept insurance as a counseling intern.
