I help women navigate anxiety and relational issues connected to trauma. I also support women struggling with challenges in motherhood and with disordered eating. My clients often feel exhausted from caring for others and have little left to care for themselves. My clients often want relief from constant worry, body image issues, the expectations of others and more. I support clients in developing the ability to feel more grounded, stop people pleasing, and develop healthy coping in response to stress and triggers as well as build healthier relationships with themselves and others and learn to trust their emotions and judgement.
I’ll help you break down healing goals into smaller action steps that feel manageable. I provide a safe, non judgemental approach and combine trauma informed care to help you explore feelings and unpack patterns ultimately leading to more self compassion and feeling empowered to create lasting change.
I understand how exhausting it is to carry the weight of trauma, anxiety, or constant worry, while also trying to take care of everyone else. Together, we will work to better understand your story, uncover your strengths, and develop tools to move forward in alignment with your values. If you’re ready to feel more grounded, supported, and empowered, schedule a free phone consult to see if I'm the right fit for you.

I adore all animals, but I have a special love for cats! I love to paint and I enjoy writing. I’m especially drawn to creating nonfiction, realistic stories that people can connect with. I also love to travel and my goal is to continue exploring. I'm always in the lake on weekends, swimming remains one of my favorite pastimes. I love the combination of water and sunshine!
