Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor Conditional, She/Her

I support women who are overwhelmed with ongoing impacts of the past, particularly anxiety, depression, self worth and challenges in relationships. I understand how our past can show up day to day and continue to cause challenges in self esteem, relationships, and more. I work with women who suspect these challenges may be related to past adverse experiences and trauma. I have been working as a substance use counselor for individuals struggling with substance use and co-dependency for years. I now work as a licensed clinical professional counselor (conditional) and bring my years of experience working with substance use issues to the current work I do with clients.
I partner with you to explore the experiences from the past and create a safe space with intention and compassion. I build real relationships and connections with my clients and support them in exploring issues that linger. I combine my years of experience and new training in mental health treatment to support you in making real change.
I know what it’s like to have challenges from the past creep into the present. Schedule a free phone consultation today. We’ll discuss what you are looking for, how I might help, and answer any questions you might have.

I have a 12 year old Australian shepherd named Ben who is a joy! His eyes and smile portrays such love for me!
I enjoy time with family and friends, taking walks with Ben, spending time at the ocean, preparing healthy meals and taking mini getaways to refuel. I enjoy nature and photography, the beauty it holds, the quiet and stillness, it fills my cup.
