  • I support women who are overwhelmed with ongoing impacts of the past, particularly anxiety, depression, self worth and challenges in relationships. I understand how our past can show up day to day and continue to cause challenges in self esteem, relationships, and more. I work with women who suspect these challenges may be related to past adverse experiences and trauma. I have been working as a substance use counselor for individuals struggling with substance use and codependency for years. I am now training to be a master's level clinical mental health counselor. I am also interested in working with neurodivergent individuals.

I partner with you to explore the experiences from the past and create a safe space with intention and compassion. I build real relationships and connections with my clients and support them in exploring issues that linger. I combine my years of experience and new training in mental health treatment to support you in making real change.

  • I have an eleven year old Australian shepherd named Ben who is a joy! I enjoy taking walks with Ben, spending time with family, being on the coast/ocean, preparing healthy meals and taking mini getaways to refuel. I enjoy photographing nature, the beauty it holds, the quiet and stillness.

  • I am unable to accept insurance as a counseling intern.
